1Who offers TUTA

TUTA is an app operated by BARBOSA E FOLLE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA ("Três Limões", "we"), CNPJ 68.586.378/0001-52, registered at Av. Paulista, 91, Brazil.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any point, do not create the account — and if you already have, you can delete it at any time from inside the app (section 8).

2What TUTA is

TUTA gathers reviews from ordinary people about everyday products and builds rankings from them — overall, in your city and in your age group. You rate what you already know, and you see what other people thought of what you have not tried yet.

3What TUTA is not

The scores are the opinion of the people who gave them, not a recommendation from us. Três Limões does not test products, does not measure quality and does not endorse any brand: what the app shows is what people answered, aggregated.

Nothing in TUTA is nutritional, medical, dietary or safety guidance. Allergies, dietary restrictions, intolerances and any health decision depend on the product label and on a qualified professional — never on an app's score. The catalogue's food labels exist for filtering, and they may be incomplete or out of date: always check the packaging.

The catalogue is organised by us and is not exhaustive: a product may not be there, and a product may have changed its formula after being reviewed.

4Your account

• You must be at least 12 years old to create an account. The rule is checked at sign-up and when editing your profile, and the reason for it is in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
• The data you provide — city and date of birth in particular — must be truthful: it is what slices the rankings, and false data spoils other people's rankings, not just yours.
• Your password is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, change it and let us know.
• One account per person.

5What you submit

By reviewing a product you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to use that review in the operation of the app: calculating scores, building rankings and producing aggregate statistics. You remain the author of what you wrote.

The comment you may write on a review is not shown to other people in the app: it exists for our moderation. What others see are aggregate scores, never your text.

Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, that exposes third parties or that you do not have the right to submit. We may remove a review that breaks this rule, and the product's scores are recalculated straight afterwards.

Do not manipulate the scores. Rating a product you do not know, creating accounts to inflate or sink a brand, or coordinating mass reviews are grounds for suspension (section 9) — and the value of the whole app depends on this.

6Subscription

TUTA works without paying: rating, comparing, searching and seeing rankings are free. The subscription adds curation — the best products in each category of your shopping list, with your city's score — and removes the ads.

How it works, in detail:

• The purchase is made through Apple, inside the app. The current price, the period and any offer appear on the subscription screen itself, which reads them from the App Store the moment you open it — that is the figure that counts, not a number written here.
• The subscription auto-renews. It renews by itself at the end of each period, at the current price, and Apple charges the payment method on your account.
• To stop it renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your account settings on the App Store. Cancelling removes the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
• Cancelling is only possible through the App Store. We have no way to cancel for you — the subscription is a contract between you and Apple, and the app points the way.
• An introductory offer, where one exists, appears on the subscription screen. Who qualifies for it is decided by your Apple account, not by us: anyone who has already used that subscription group's offer sees the full price.
• Restore purchases is on that same screen, for when you change device or reinstall the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, through Apple's own channels — we have no access to your billing.

7Ads

People who do not subscribe see a banner at the bottom of some screens. It never appears on the rating screen or during sign-up.

The first time a banner loads, iOS asks whether you allow tracking for advertising purposes. Ads exist under either answer: allowing it changes the personalisation, not the presence. The data details are in the Privacy Policy.

8Closing your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile. Deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. They are separate things: cancel the subscription in your App Store settings first, or it will keep renewing. The app warns you about this on screen before you confirm.

9Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — section 5 in particular, on score manipulation — or that is used for fraud. Where this is not a matter of immediate safety, we give notice beforehand by e-mail to your registered address.

10Availability and changes to the app

TUTA is offered as is and it evolves: screens change, features come and go. We do not promise uninterrupted availability — maintenance, third-party failures and infrastructure outages happen. If a paid feature is withdrawn for good, we give subscribers reasonable notice.

11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When a change is material, we give notice in the app or by e-mail before it takes effect. The last updated date at the top says which version is live.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile is preserved, under Art. 101, I of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
